Mohsin Sheikh, 27 years old, grew up in SOS Children's village Bhopal and pursued his higher education at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where he completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social work. He has nine years of experience in the child protection domain, working extensively with vulnerable children and young adults.
He is currently a Project Manager at the Care Leaver Inner Circle Forum in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where he leads the CAPTAIN Program, supported by the Azim Premji Foundation. This initiative focuses on mentoring care leavers and strengthening their networks across Rajasthan. Before this, he worked for six years as a Team Member at Childline Bhopal, Program Coordinator by two years in the same role at Udayan Care in the Aftercare Outreach Program.
His commitment to care leavers' welfare led him to establish Yuva Shakti Sangathan, a care leaver network in Madhya Pradesh that advocates for their rights, growth, and development with the guidance and support of UNICEF, Udayancare and Department of Women and Child Development MP.
With expertise in child protection, program management, advocacy, and mentorship, Mohsin continues to work towards empowering young individuals who have grown up in alternative care. He is fluent in Hindi and English and actively collaborates with multiple stakeholders to drive policy-level changes for care leavers' well-being.

Shweta is a senior leader in the development sector with over 20 years of experience in psychological counselling, program leadership, and human potential development. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to enabling lasting change across health, education, and livelihood ecosystems.
She currently heads CSA’s flagship Livelihood & Aftercare program, leading its strategy and execution across six states in India. Shweta is responsible for scaling the program into new geographies, strengthening systems and processes, and building high-performing teams through focused recruitment and capability development.
Previously, Shweta was associated with the Kaivalya Education Foundation (a CSR initiative of the Piramal Group), where she led the Gandhi Fellowship Program in Mumbai. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology, along with a diploma in psychological counselling.

Albert Justin is a passionate Social Work Professional dedicated to advancing youth empowerment, community development, and family-based care systems. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager – Youth Program at Miracle Foundation India, he leads initiatives that amplify youth voices, strengthen aftercare support, and build leadership among care-experienced young people across India.
With over a decade of experience spanning education, child protection, and community engagement, Albert brings a strong foundation in teaching, mentoring, and program implementation. His journey from classroom educator to youth program leader reflects his deep commitment to empowering young people to become changemakers in their communities.
Albert has represented Miracle Foundation India at multiple international platforms, including BICON 2023. Through these engagements, he contributed to global dialogues on youth participation, aftercare services, and lived-experience leadership, advocating for policies that ensure every child grows up in a safe, loving, and nurturing family environment.
