It highlights gaps, inconsistencies, and lack of coordination between key laws such as the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, showing how these issues can lead to exclusion and inadequate support for vulnerable children. The study also provides recommendations to create a more inclusive, rights-based, and coordinated legal framework that ensures children with disabilities can grow up in safe, supportive family and community environments.
